Deadline for EEO-1 Report Coming Up
Covered employers must file the EEO-1 Report by September 30, 2008. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) requires the EEO-1 Report annually from private employers with 100 or more employees and federal contractors with federal government contracts of $50,000 or more and 50 or more employees. Credit unions with 100 or more employees and credit unions that sell U.S. Savings Bonds and have 50 or more employees must comply with this deadline.
