Navigant Credit Union, located in Smithfield, Rhode Island, seeks a proven Compliance Specialist with diverse experience in the financial services industry. Must be a take charge individual with strong employee relations skills.

Must possess a broad knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and various technology systems and how they support business processes. Knowledge of NCUA, FDIC, FFIEC rules and regulations as well as experience with BSA/AML/OFAC/US Patriot Act and/or Patriot Officer software required. Must be detail oriented and capable of multitasking as well as possess the ability to analyze situations and solve complex issues.  Coordinate with senior staff to apply best practices. Responsible for branch compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and operational integrity.

Review and assess compliance testing results as well as assist with and perform special projects as assigned. Bachelors degree preferred.
