In the past, credit union members did not demand much more than good friendly service. Today, rapid changes in the financial services industry create a constant need for credit unions to adapt and innovate. The League’s Business Planning Services partners with its credit unions to create strategic plans that help credit unions plot their direction. Each plan is the result of extensive analytical preparation, a planning session involving key credit union personnel and officials, and the step-by-step production of a detailed written business plan.
